Laser tube upgrades - Whether it's going from a 50 watt DC laser tube to an 80 watt DC tube for improved cutting ability, to upgrading from a DC tube to an RF unit, we can supply the solution.

Handling Solutions
Laser tube low on power or not working at all? Whilst it might not mean you tube has actually failed, we can talk you through how to test it, and if necessary replace it for you. We can also remove and refit RF tubes that need re-gassing, whatever the manufacturer
Blue Box lasers can offer servicing for any laser cutting and engraving machine, along with support, training, and advice. We also stock various spare parts along with a complete stock of spares for CTR laser machines. We can update laser machine controllers to Ruida controllers, enabling the use of Lightburn software. Lightburn is a modern and constantly evolving laser software, helping you get the most out of your machine, whilst at the same time being easier to use and containing more features than older laser software packages. This means you can maximize your productivity and increase your efficiency. See below for a link for a trial download of Lightburn. We can also offer bespoke solutions for any applications, whether it’s something as simple as special jigging fixtures, one-off handling solutions through to modifications, and design changes to machines.

What extraction do I need with my laser machine?You have two options with laser machine extraction: Vent to the atmosphere through an existing extraction system, window, door, or hole in the wall. Use a fume filtration unit, which connects to your laser machine and filters out particles/smells created by lasering materials.
